Customers are prohibited from using Mostbet services to engage in fraudulent activities, misuse available features, or obtain unjustified advantages.

- attempting to circumvent account restrictions, established payment limitations, or existing security mechanisms.
Verification of Suspicious Activities
If circumstances indicating potential fraud or abuse are identified, Mostbet may initiate an additional verification procedure. As part of this process, the Customer may be required to provide documents and information necessary to verify their identity, confirm payment transactions, and clarify the circumstances surrounding the use of their account.
During the verification process, Mostbet may temporarily restrict access to certain transactions or account features if such measures are necessary to prevent potential fraud or comply with applicable legal requirements.
The initiation of a verification procedure does not, in itself, constitute confirmation that the Customer has committed a violation.
Measures Taken in Case of Confirmed Violations
If an investigation confirms a breach of this Policy, Mostbet reserves the right to take measures provided for under the Terms of Use and applicable legislation, including:
- cancellation of bonuses and other benefits obtained in violation of established rules;
- imposition of restrictions on the use of certain account features;
- temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account;
- cancellation or modification of previously completed transactions in cases specified by the relevant rules.
If the identified activities show signs of unlawful conduct, Mostbet reserves the right to disclose relevant information to authorized government authorities or payment organizations in cases permitted or required by law.
This Policy applies in conjunction with the Terms of Use, Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy, Privacy Policy, Bonus Rules, and Dispute Resolution Policy.
